Registration Information

Current Students

Students who attended Worth School District #127 schools in the 2007-2008 school received registration packets in May 2008. Packets contained a Registration Form, Family Information Verification Form, Student Information Verification Form(s), Fee Form, and health examination information. All forms should be returned to the Administrative Center in order to complete the registration process.

Registration is complete when (1) all forms are returned to the Administrative Center and (2) fees are paid. Parents and guardians do not need to come to the Administrative Center in August as they have done in the past. The new process is designed to make registration more convenient for our community.
