It is Hispanic Heritage Month (9/15 - 10/15), and the ML teacher, Iris Rodriguez, had students read special announcements on Fridays recognizing people of Hispanic heritage who made a positive impact on the world.
She also encouraged students and teachers to wear clothes that represented their Hispanic culture.
